This section explains the process and implications of deleting your account from our financial advisor app.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request account deletion:

  • Open the app and go to Settings -> Security.
  • Select Request Account Deletion.
  • Provide a brief reason for deletion and submit the form.
  • A confirmation message will be displayed once your request is successfully submitted.

Verification Process

All account deletion requests are reviewed by the Jaras support team. We may contact you to confirm your identity or request additional information. This step ensures that the request is genuine and protects your financial information from unauthorized access.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your login credentials will no longer work.
  • All personal data, financial records, and preferences associated with your account will be removed from our active systems.
  • Some information may be retained as required by law (e.g., for auditing or compliance purposes).

Data Retention & Legal Obligations

Certain financial or transactional data may be retained for a limited period after deletion, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. This retention is strictly for compliance and auditing purposes and is handled securely.

Can I Reactivate My Account?

Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
