To request account deletion:
All account deletion requests are reviewed by the Jaras support team. We may contact you to confirm your identity or request additional information. This step ensures that the request is genuine and protects your financial information from unauthorized access.
Once your account is deleted:
Certain financial or transactional data may be retained for a limited period after deletion, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. This retention is strictly for compliance and auditing purposes and is handled securely.
Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
